When should I apply for fencing and landscaping of my new home?
This form should be completed and returned to approximately six weeks prior to key handover of your new home. The form may be posted to PO Box 495, South Perth WA 6951
What is the colour name for the Colorbond fencing supplied?
The fencing supplied in Banksia Grove is from the Colorbond range and the colour is called Grey Ridge
I have a built-in letterbox at the front of my property. Where do I get the key from?
Letterbox keys may be collected from the Land Sales Office located at 10 Blossom Way, Banksia Grove. The land sales office is open on Saturday, Sunday and Monday between 12pm and 5pm and on Wednesday from 3:30pm to 5pm

Who provides the telecommunications infrastructure at the Banksia Grove development?
The Fibre throughout the Banksia Grove estate is provided by LBNCo. The installation specifications for LBNCo are different to NBNCo so please ensure your builder is aware of the requirements outlined on the LBNCo website.
